Pinnacle Biologics has announced an agreement with Movianto for distribution and logistics rights in several countries across Europe.
The pharmaceuticals company has entered into the agreement in a bid to assist its business with other firms across Europe.
Guillermo Herrera, chairman of the board of Pinnacle Biologics, said that the deal was a "milestone" for the company and showed its ability to help optimise the international market potential of some products.
"The Pinnacle business model is optimal for small biotechnology that require a total solution from pre-launch to commercialisation of products," he explained.
Conor Roche, manage director of the Movianto Group, was excited about the prospects of the partnership.
"Movianto is extremely excited about expanding our service portfolio to meet Pinnacle's unique distribution and logistics requirements and to accelerate the commercialisation of the Pinnacle business model in Europe," he said.
