Truck and bus manufacturer Iveco has confirmed the renewal of its current logistics deal with Kuehne + Nagel.
The latest deal will see the firm manage the majority of Iveco's European aftermarket supply.
A total of five regional spare parts distribution centres in countries across Europe will be managed by the logistics provider.
Iveco's senior-vice president in charge of customer service, Enzo Gioachin, said: "Iveco customer service confirms its partnership with Kuehne + Nagel as a key leverage to further improve customer satisfaction and parts business profitability."
He added that the logistics provider's three-year plan for quality improvement will help to support Iveco in efforts to support its position in an ever-more competitive aftersales market.
The two companies have worked together in this area for a total of nine years so far.
Earlier this month another logistics provider, DHL, renewed its contract with retailer Debenhams, further extending a partnership that has been in place for more than a decade.
