Presidential Airways has announced that it has outsourced inventory management to a third-party supply chain management company.
The decision will mean that Presidential Airways saves both time and money at a point when both are in short supply with the threat of a recession in 2009.
The key services to be handled by the supply chain management company will be "spare parts forecasting, procurement, and delivery services including inventory and procurement management", a statement read.
