Motor parts supplier Andrew Page is taking its expansion plans to the next level by opening a new state of the art distribution warehouse in Derbyshire.
Situated at the Markham Vale Business Park in Duckmanton, near Chesterfield, the new warehouse facility will cover more than 100,000 sq ft. After the first ground was dug this week, full construction will commence in February and completion is planning for some time in the summer.
“Markham Vale is an ideal location for our national distribution facility”, said Mark Roberts, managing director of Andrew Page. “It will support our expansion plans and our aspirations as a leading supplier of quality parts and components to our growing list of trade customers.”
It is expected that the new site will bring around 120 new jobs into the region.
Andrew Page current employs 1,600 people across a 62 branch network. It has been supplying car part to the motor industry since 1946.
