Road safety charity Brake has launched a new resource designed to help transport planning bosses improve safety and education for company drivers.
The organisation's free electronic guide will be available online, providing fleet managers with advice on reducing the risk of accidents among employees.
As well as providing written guidance, Brake will be running a series of practical workshops for transport chiefs as part of its Pledge2DriveSafely campaign.
The one-day seminars, which take place at various locations across the UK, offer advice on driver training, education and best practice for fleet operators.
Mary Williams, chief executive at Brake, said the Pledge initiative is a simple campaign that has "enormous potential" to save lives.
"I urge fleet managers to attend the workshop and to get started with rolling out these fantastic new resources to their drivers," she added.
Earlier this week, Brake called on the government to raise the age at which learner drivers can take their tests in order to help reduce the number of accidents on UK roads.
