Automobile company Kia Motors has decided to move the operations of its parts manufacture.
The company has made plans to relocate to a bigger warehouse in Tamworth, Staffordshire , which is managed by Mobis.
Covering 209,000 sq ft, the warehouse will give Kia that chance to deliver automobiles to its dealerships on a next day basis.
Moreover, it will also have the space in order to conduct an inventory of all of its 240,00 product lines.
Kia Motors UK's after sales and logistics director, Hamish McCowan, emphasised the boost to the company's supply chain that the move will provide.
He said: "Moving to the Mobis UK parts facility will provide our dealer network with greatly improved levels of inventory along with the latest in system and inventory management technology."
Kia Motors is preparing to move into the new facility in May this year.
